Emergency Support

Paced Health is an outpatient telehealth service and is not a crisis or emergency service. We do not provide after-hours support, urgent mental health care, or emergency medical assistance.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or are concerned about your immediate safety or the safety of someone else, please call 000 or attend your nearest Emergency Department.

If you require urgent support, you may also contact:

  • Mental Health Line (state-based services)

  • Your local GP or nearest hospital

If you are a current Paced Health client and require support between appointments, we encourage you to contact your GP or one of the services above, as our clinicians are unable to provide crisis or emergency care.
