Multidisciplinary Telehealth Services
Psychology
Our experienced psychologists provide evidence-based support for persistent pain, chronic health conditions, trauma and mental health concerns.
Drawing on approaches including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), we support clients to develop greater understanding, build practical skills and improve psychological wellbeing.
Our care is individualised, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming, recognising the complex relationship between physical and psychological health.
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services support people experiencing persistent pain, complex musculoskeletal conditions and difficulties with movement and physical functioning.
Drawing on contemporary pain science and approaches including Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) and Graded Motor Imagery (GMI), we help clients build movement confidence, develop practical strategies and improve everyday functioning.
Where appropriate, physiotherapy can be integrated with psychological care to provide a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach.

Supporting provisional psychologists, registered psychologists and clinical and health psychology registrars, supervision provides a collaborative space for reflective practice, case formulation and professional development.
