MULTIDISCIPLINARY SERVICES
PsychologyPersistent pain affects more than the body. Our psychologists work alongside you to understand the many factors that shape your experience and support meaningful, sustainable change. Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with what matters most.
PhysiotherapyOur physiotherapists combine contemporary pain science with a personalised approach to movement and recovery. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we work with you to build confidence, improve function and help you return to valued activities.
DieteticsNutrition plays an important role in health, energy and wellbeing. Our dietitians provide practical, compassionate support tailored to your individual needs, helping you develop a sustainable approach to eating that supports your goals and overall health.
Multidisciplinary AssessmentSometimes a broader perspective can help make sense of complex pain experiences. Our multidisciplinary assessments bring together psychology and physiotherapy to develop a shared understanding and an individualised plan for moving forward, ensuring you don’t have to repeat your story twice.
Group ProgramsHealing doesn’t have to happen alone. Our evidence-based group programs combine education, practical skills and the support of others navigating similar challenges, helping participants build confidence, understanding and symptom management.
Supervision, Training & EducationWe are passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and teams interested in contemporary pain care. Through supervision, mentoring and education, we aim to support clinicians to feel more confident in supporting people with persistent pain.

Our aim is to help you better understand your pain, reconnect with meaningful activities and move towards your goals.
-
Yes. Research suggests that telehealth can be an effective way of delivering pain care. Many aspects of assessment, education and treatment can be provided successfully online.
-

Our groups are designed to provide education, practical tools and a supportive environment for meaningful change.
-

We believe persistent pain is best understood through multiple lenses. Our approach brings together psychology, physiotherapy, dietetics and contemporary pain science to provide collaborative, individualised care.
-
Not necessarily. Some people benefit from working with one clinician, while others find value in a collaborative or multidisciplinary approach. Together, we’ll consider your goals, preferences and circumstances to determine what support is likely to be most helpful.
-
Many people who come to us have already explored multiple treatments and are feeling frustrated or discouraged. Rather than starting from scratch, we take the time to understand your story, what you’ve already tried, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to find a realistic path forward.
-
No. Pain is always real. Contemporary pain science recognises that pain is influenced by many factors, including the body, nervous system, thoughts, emotions and environment. Understanding these influences can help us make sense of pain and guide treatment.
-
You don’t need to have all the answers before seeking support. Many people living with persistent pain don’t have a clear diagnosis or explanation. Our role is to listen, help you make sense of your experience, and work collaboratively to identify the support that best meets your needs. For some people, this may involve working with one clinician, while others may benefit from a multidisciplinary assessment and care plan. Wherever you are starting from, we’ll work with you to find a meaningful and realistic path forward.
-
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Whether you’re interested in psychology, physiotherapy, group programs or multidisciplinary care, we can help you find a starting point that feels right for you.
