MULTIDISCIPLINARY SERVICES

Psychology

Persistent pain affects more than the body. Pain psychologists help you understand the role your nervous system plays in pain and support you with practical tools to influence your pain. Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with what matters most to you.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists combine contemporary pain science with a personalised approach to movement and recovery. Rather than focusing only on the site of pain, we look more broadly at the body’s systems and how they may be contributing to it.

Dietetics
(coming soon)

We’re currently expanding our team to include an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Emerging research suggests that nutrition plays an important role in pain management.

Multidisciplinary Assessment

Persistent pain has many contributing factors across biological, psychological and social domains. Our multidisciplinary assessments bring together psychology and physiotherapy to develop a shared understanding and an individualised plan for moving forward, ensuring you don’t have to repeat your story twice.

Group Programs

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Our evidence-based group programs combine education, practical skills and the support of others navigating similar challenges, helping you to build confidence, understanding and symptom management.

Supervision, Training
& Education

We are passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and teams interested in contemporary pain care. Through supervision, mentoring and education, we aim to support clinicians to feel more confident in supporting people with persistent pain.
